A friend of mine who lives on my street made a simple statement the other day on a popular social networking site that struck a chord in me. Her statement was “I’m chewing a great piece of double bubble!!” That got me to thinking about the series of photos I took while Jerry was putting together this computer back in July of 2007. It was brand spanking new in the box from Costco and I could do nothing better than sit and watch him put it together. Jerry’s unoffical title when it comes to computers around here at least according to me is “The All Knowing One”, whereas my title is “The Lucky Recipient”. I don’t mind being “TLR”, but since I’ve also become “TCN” or The Computer Nerd I’ve almost become unable to do most anything when I have lost my own personal internet connection. So for several hours that day I had to entertain myself. And what better way than with a small camera and good piece of bubble gum? And weren’t my eye glasses rockin’? I’ve now moved on to stupid progressives…..
