Target never ceases to surprise me with their clever new products, and sometimes they are even free as in this case. Hanging on the security bars as you enter the store one stormy day a week or so ago, were these neat umbrella bags to place your soggy umbrella in. Keeps your cart dry and you happy. Love it!

Great idea- it would stay there, swinging as you moved the cart, to also remind you to not forget it when you finish shopping! Ha!
