I’m all about the frosting when it comes to cake/cupcakes. That’s the part of this dessert that really floats my boat. So when my girlfriend Eva told me about this store, Frostings Cupcakes on El Toro road I knew I had to check it out for myself. I went on line to see exactly where it was located at, which led me to read the reviews of all the different varieties of cakes they have, etc. After reading everything I settled on my choices, 2 kinds so that Jerry and I could split them and each enjoy two varities. The chocolate frosting cupcake has a red velvet cake, and the white coconut cupcake has a vanilla cake. Both were excellent, the vanilla cake was a bit denser than the velvet cake, and our favorite frosting was the vanilla with coconut. It was so creamy and delicious, it melted in your mouth. Now that’s what I’m talking about!
